Anyways, as always Lavender Breezes looks adorable and her expression is really well done.
However, I noticed some small flaws, they are not groundbreaking but eye-catching (?).
There're various blank spaces and corners as well as some overlapping lines.
Probably the easiest way to fix this is to use multiple layers and some smaller lines to fill the empty spaces and corners.
Let's continue with the postiv part!
I like her eyes! A lot of people tend to give their OCs "derpy-eyes" by accident, you've drawn them very well. Everything else is in the right place as well (no "out-of-control" muzzles etc.).
At the end of the day it's not a perfect, but very cute and adorable looking vector what still has some possibilities of improvement.
